Ordering Individual Items: Using the Pay Pal buttons on the individual items is the easiest way to order. All orders are completed within one working day of the receipt of the Pay Pal Order Notification. But if you have questions prior to your order please e-mail us at: whope7@1st.net

We will remove one of a kind items such as books or original patches from stock upon receipt of your request and E-mail you with the complete item details, including shipping, handling and insurance charges if requested. If payment has not been received within 10 days of our E-mail quote on Shipping and Handling the item will be put back in stock.

Ordering Wholesale Items: If you have additional questions on wholesale orders or larger quantities please E-mail us at whope7@1st.net with details of the item you are interested in, quantities, and where we may be shipping the item so that we may accurately respond with shipping, handling and insurance information for that item.

Shipping, Handling, and Insurance: All Shipping and Handling is free of charge for shipments in the US. Our goal is to get the product to you through the safest and quickest means possible. International Orders please e-mail us with your location for quotes on S&H to your

We will provide for insurance on an item if you wish. Normally Insurance through the United States Postal Service is $1.65 per $50.00 coverage. We use only the highest quality packing to insure safe arrival of the item to your address. Any special request will be honored and handled at cost.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent any mishap but Whispering Hope accepts no liability for damages or loss due to the carrier.

We have found the U.S. Postal Service to be highly reliable and cost effective (100% todate). For information on United States domestic or International postal rates visit the USPS web site.

If you prefer any other shipping method please let us know in your original order E-mail. We will be happy to oblige if at all possible.

Payment Methods: PayPal is the simplest method of paying for items. The is no charge to the buyer. But we will accept personal checks and money orders denominated in U.S Dollars. Items will ship once personal checks or personal money orders have cleared. All others will ship within one working days of receipt at the latest.

Please remember to include you name, shipping address, preferred carrier, and whether you prefer insurance and the amount of insurance. PayPal provides for most of these requests.

Returns: We will honor returns on all items if you are not completely satisfied. If the items are not as listed, you will receive a full refund. Please E-mail us before returning any item. All items must be returned within 10 days of return authorization. Money returned will be the original price of the item plus applicable S&H. Shipping charges for the return shipment will also be the responsibility of the buyer.
